DT Dobie Jobs: DT Dobie and Company (Kenya) Limited, a leading distributor of superior motor vehicle brands in Kenya, is seeking to recruit a dynamic, innovative and experienced individual to fill the position of:
1. Sales Supervisor - Nyanza and Western Kenya
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with at least five years proven supervisory experience in a reputable institution.
Proven ability to manage a successful team.
Sound communication and customer relations skills.
Commercial awareness and computer literacy is essential.
Ability to facilitate the sales team in achievement of set sales targets and act as a link between the regions and head office.
Assist in training the sales team on product knowledge and selling skills, providing guidance and enhancing sales team and monitoring their sales performance.
Ensuring that customer database is up to date and optimal customer prospecting and follow-up systems are operational with proper reporting back systems.
Ability to manage marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns.
Ability to carry out market research and report back accordingly and in time.
A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with at least three years proven sales experience in a reputable institution.
O Level certificate with at least five years proven sales experience in a reputable institution.
Must be smart and well spoken and possess good communication and negotiation skills.
Must demonstrate consistent track record of meeting set targets from previous employers.
Must have a passion for selling.
Must possess excellent computer skills.
Must be mature and self motivated.
Must hold a valid, clean driving license for at least 3 years.
Should be between the age of 27 – 40 years.
