Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
The Country Director is directly responsible for the planning, design, implementation, supervision, expansion, development and administration of IMC’s operations in Zimbabwe.
Graduate degree in Public Health, Public Policy, International Development or related field.
Minimum five years of senior management experience in programs, planning, and staff development in an international context.
Proven leadership capacity, including strong negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Fluent in English.
