Cordaid International Jobs: Cordaid combines more than 90 years’ experience and expertise in emergency aid and structural poverty eradication. It is one of the biggest international development organisations with a network of almost a thousand partner organisations. Cordaid is looking for: 1. Head of Mission Qualifications: 10 years of proven experience in development programs with at least 5 years in sub-Saharan Africa. At least three years of responsibility for program support (program management, monitoring program monitoring, program evaluation ) in a development project or an organization to support the development. Ability to negotiate funding from donors Entrepreneurship: Ability to identify and initiate new initiatives Commitment to work in an organization conflict transformation and flexible to respond to dynamic situations Proficiency in French and English. Excellent communication skills. Skills: Entrepreneurship, result orientation, teamwork, organization.Application deadline: 4th December 2011.
