-University degree in civil engineering, groundwater geology or related field.
-At least three years of practical experience in water (gravity water systems and water quality testing sanitation), sanitation, and construction in development and/or emergency relief programmes.
-Experience in programme management including staff training, coordination and supervision of national staff, implementation, monitoring and report writing.
-Significant humanitarian experience (several years) in a difficult security context (essential)
-Knowledge of Windows outlook, excel and word.
-Good knowledge of Portuguese, written and spoken French or English (essential).
-Ability to live in conditions of limited comfort and work under pressure.
