Qualifications:
Field experience in cooperative development;
Experience in capacity building;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Excellent research and writing skills.
Education and/or Experience:
Master’s Degree in management, public administration, an advanced degree in a closely related field, or equivalent relevant work experience required.
Minimum 5 years experience
Languuage Skills:
Able to read and interpret documents, and communicate with others as necessary to perform job duties effectively.
English fluency required and excellent capabilities in French preferred
