1. Health Advisor

The Health Advisor (HA) is responsible for providing overall technical support to the Concern Worldwide Burundi (CWB) health programme. He/she will have responsibility for technical support, monitoring & evaluation and reporting for the Mabayi Child Survival Programme (MCSP) which is co-funded between USAID and Concern US.

Management responsibilities will be shared with the Health Project Manager with the HA taking the lead on technical side of activities and the Health PM taking the lead on implementation.

He/she will also liaise closely with technical backstop personnel in Dublin and New York. The Health Advisor will also be required to support fundraising with the development of high quality proposals and liaising with a network of key technical and peer agencies and in-country donors, allowing for shared learning, programme development and the establishment of effective advocacy platforms.

1. Country Accountant

The Country Accountant will be responsible for the effective management of Concern Chad country programme's finances. This will include general accounting controllership, finance staff management, partner finance oversight, training, treasury management, financial planning/budgeting, and reporting.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring proper financial management and reporting on all donor grants and other funds raised by Concern. Maintaining and managing controls & procedures to safeguard and account for all assets, funds and interests of Concern's operations is a crucial part of the role.

The Country Accountant will undertake staff training & development. Where the country operations works with partners, the Country Accountant is responsible for partner assessment, monitoring & capacity building. The post holder is also a member of the senior management team and will participate in all key decisions relating to finance.

1. Assistant Country Director

The Assistant Country Director (ACD) systems is responsible for the overall development and management of Concern Somalia's support functions, which comprise administration, HR, IT, logistics and transport.

This includes ensuring that appropriate systems are in place which responds to program needs and ensures effective and efficient use of Concern's resources. Specific responsibility is to mentor and provide guidance to support staff for an effective administrative, logistics, transport systems in place and maintained

2. Food Income & Markets Programme Manager

The FIM Manager will manage and expand current Concern Somalia's FIM (Food, Income and Markets) interventions in Somaliland and in South Central Somalia.

The job purpose is to strengthen the current program in terms of designing and managing interventions that have the greatest impact on the most vulnerable in the target area.

The FIM Manager will support Concern Somalia national staff to increase competence in planning, analysing, implementation and monitoring of the programme in the context of a sustainable livelihoods framework.

The FIM Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Hargeisa field office. This includes the management of 12 staff (subject to change), financial management. The person will also act as Concern's representative in Somaliland.

1. Assistant Country Director Systems

The Assistant Country Director Systems will be responsible for delivering effective financial, human resource, logistics, IT and administrative management services for the Zimbabwe Country Program.

This position will provide strong leadership to technical team's in-country and play an integral role in developing the professional and management skills of national staff in collaboration with the Finance, Human Resource, IT & Logistics managers and other senior management in-country. The ACD Systems also fulfils the role of organizational security focal person and represents Concern in relevant forum.

The ACD Systems is part of Country Senior Management Team (SMT) and will work closely with all members of SMT on the development and delivery of CWW program strategy in Zimbabwe.
