Computech Limited a Kenyan based company which promotes technology for business, is one of East Africa’s strongest ICT business with over 23 years experience.

We are currently seeking to recruit aggressive IT professionals to fill in the following positions:

Telesales Operators

Reporting to Business unit head - HP enterprise, the telesales operators will be working in a business call centre, contacting potential customers by telephone, use short amount of time to build rapport with customers and explain the product.

Key Responsibilities

Contacting potential customers by telephone, persuade them to buy the company's goods and services.

Describe and advise on the product benefits and any special offers.

Persuade customers to accept a trial period or a visit from a sales representative.

Gather and document information about the customer.

Take orders and arrange for delivery and bills to be sent.

Enter your notes into a computer, including dates for follow up calls.

Carry out market research.

Person Specification

University graduate in IT where experience will be an added advantage.

MCSE, Oracle, Cisco or any other certifications will be an added advantage.

Excellent written and verbal English, Well-organised, thorough and can work under pressure.

Great listening and communication skills, flexibility and quick thinking.

Able to work with customers and build relationships in a polite, confident and friendly manner

Confidence using computers must also have Initiative and a positive attitude.

Perseverance and the ability to understand and respect customers.

Ability to work within a target-driven team environment.
