The Board is a non- Profit, Regulatory & Service oriented, Corporate body under the Ministry of Agriculture & is charged with the responsibility of promoting competitiveness in the Coffee Industry, Production, Processing and Branding of Kenyan Coffee and generally to regulate the Coffee Industry in the Public interest.
Information Communication & Technology (ICT) Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities
This is a one (1) year renewable contract.
Reporting to the ICT Officer 1, the ICT Assistant shall be responsible for:
Data entryTechnical support to usersMinor repairs & Maintenance of computer hardware and softwareRecording all raw data filesTraining of UsersAny other relevant duties as assigned from time to timeRequirements for Appointment

Representing the Board on all legal mattersHandling cases regarding bank guarantees and performance bondsEnsuring proper custody & documentation of Board’s AssetsAdvising the Board on matters regarding arbitration and litigationCoordinating external lawyers on cases involving the BoardCoordinate preparation of leasesPreparation of contracts with Board’s service providersLegal Review of legislative framework of the Coffee IndustryUndertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
