Location: Kenya.

Coffee Board of Kenya Jobs: Coffee Board of Kenya, a State Corporation mandated to promote competitiveness in the production, processing and branding of Kenya coffee at local and international level and to regulate the Coffee Industry in the public interest, seeks to recruit self motivated, dynamic and results-oriented person to fill the following vacancy:

Kenya Cooperative Coffee Exporters

Kenya Co-operative Coffee Exporters Ltd (KCCE) is an established co-operative organization. licensed as a commercial coffee marketing agent.

Main Duties:

  • Secure marketing agency contracts for KCCE with coffee growers as per set targets
  • Manage KCCE client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Facilitating client access to financial services and products
  • Facilitating training and enhancing skills of farmers in the area of coffee production, quality, marketing and certification

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate in an agriculture-related field
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in agricultural field extension services.
  • Practical experience of coffee farming and marketing practices.
  • Experience in capacity building of farmers

  • Ability to speak the local dialect
  • Valid and clean driving license
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time
