Clinton Health Access Initiative Jobs: Clinton Health Access Initiative carries out a wide range of programs to improve access and quality of health services.

It is currently seeking to employ qualified candidates for the following position:

1. Malaria Operational Research Study Coordinator - Uganda

Qualifications:

Experience in social science field research

Excellent management and organizational skills

Excellent writing and communication skills

Flexibility, self-motivation, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Demonstrated ability to work successfully with diverse constituencies and to work independently

Experience in and knowledge of Africa

Experience working in rural settings for extended periods of time.

2. Deputy Country Director - Ethiopia

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-10 years experience in private or public sector enterprise with increasing levels of responsibility, and leadership that should include at least 5 years of management experience

Experience conceiving, planning and executing programs or projects with documented results

Master's Degree preferred (MBA or an MPH)

Proven track record of achievement and a desire to use skills to improve healthcare in developing countries

Knowledge of HIV/AIDS is ideal but not essential.
