CfBT wishes to recruit a professional to take charge of: EMIS Scoping Survey - Somalia Qualifications: Demonstrated field ability to conduct scoping studies.Able to identify key issues through quickly establishing good working relationships with key stakeholders.Oral and written fluency of the local language with awareness of local issues is an advantage.Minimum five years of overseas experience.Strong personnel management experience.Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with government ministries, donors and INGOs.
