Carzan Jobs: Carzan is a leading producer and exporter of cut flowers.

They are looking for a qualified person to fill the position of:

Production Manager/Agronomist

Qualifications:

University degree/Post graduate degree in either of the following: Agriculture, Soil Science, Agronomy, Plant Nutrition

Be able interpret and evaluate results from leaf, soil and water analyses in order to formulate recommendations relevant to farm conditions.

Must be familiar with market trends as it concerns inputs such as fertilizers, chemicals.

Possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven competency in designing and implementing field trials.

At least 6 years working experience at a senior management level in similar position.

Possess initiative and self-drive to be able to work under minimum supervision and be result-oriented.
