Capacity Kenya Jobs

Location: Kenya.

Capacity Kenya Jobs: Capacity Kenya is a USAID funded project implemented by IntraHealth International Inc. and partner organisations, including Deloitte & Touche.

Capacity Kenya is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of:

Senior HR Systems Manager

Qualification and Experience:

  • Masters degree, preferably in Business Administration;
  • At least five (5) years senior level experience in Human Resource Management;
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with and influence internal and external senior level policy makers;
  • Knowledge of relevant employment and labour laws applicable in Kenya;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Kenyan public sector;
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

    Closing date: 14th April.
