Invitation to Bid for the Development of a Domestic Election Observation Operations Manual

The Centre for Governance and Development (CGD) on behalf of the Elections Observation Group (ELOG) is seeking bids from qualified consultancy firms and individuals to develop a comprehensive operations manual ahead of the next general elections domestic observation exercise.

The Terms of Reference for the consultancy may be requested through email admin [at] cgd.or.ke

Interested parties should:-

Have and demonstrated experience in election observation Infrastructure and operations

Demonstrate experience and expertise of donor funded projects

Enclose CV’s of the principal consultants and include a company profile.

Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit their bids for this consultancy.

Bids should be accompanied by a technical proposal highlighting the methodology and work plan and a financial proposal.

Completed bids should be received on or before Thursday 17th May 2012 at 16.30 hours.

Any bid received at CGD offices after the deadline will not, therefore, be considered.

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.

CGD reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to give reasons for its actions.
