Behavior Change Communications Advisor
Nairobi, Kenya

Summary of Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Project Director, this position will be the technical lead for all behavior change communications and advocacy activities for the Kenya Injection Safety Project. The position will be responsible for providing technical assistance to USG agencies, USG partners, and GoK, designing high impact communications strategies, and advocating for effective policies within GoK that will reduce demand for injections and increase appropriate treatment.

Education/Experience

Bachelor degree (clinical or communications) + post-graduate level training in public health or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 10 years of mid to senior level experience in designing and implementing behavior change communications strategies.

Unique Requirements

  • At least two years’ experience living and working in Kenya, including supporting implementation of state-level programs
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally

    Sr. HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor
    Nairobi, Kenya

    Summary of Responsibilities

    Under the supervision of Africa Regional Director, this position serves in the Public Health Research Group at Danya International Kenya Limited. This individual will provide senior HIV/AIDS monitoring and evaluation (M&E) technical assistance to the Government of Kenya, US Government Agencies and local implementing partners.

    Education/Experience

    Minimum Master's degree and 8+ years relevant experience or PhD and 5+ years of relevant experience

    Unique Requirements

  • 10% domestic travel may be required.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient knowledge of Swahili preferred

    E-Learning Technology Consultant
    Nairobi, Kenya

    Summary of Responsibilities

    Under the supervision of Africa Regional Director, this position will support and strengthen the existing distance learning (DL) program and be a key driver in the program’s larger capacity-building strategy.

    Bachelor's degree and 6+ years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
