Sports Stadia Management Board is a parastatal whose mandate is to develop, manage and market sports facilities for maximum utilization and revenue generation.

It is seeking talented, focused and dedicated professionals to take up the following positions:

Assistant Director of Human Resource Management & Administration

Job Description:

The officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer on all matters relating to Human resource Management & Administration.

Specifically, the officer’s responsibilities will include; payroll management, manpower planning, staff training & development, employee relations & welfare among other administrative and human resource issues.

Job Specification:

  • Served as a Chief Human Resource & Administrative Officer (or its equivalent) for a minimum period of three (3) years.
  • Have a Masters degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Human Resource Development/ Management from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills and Competence in work Performance and results.
  • Excellent Computer knowledge.
