Assistant Country Director - Program (ACD-P)

Location: Democratic Republic of the Congo.

CARE International are looking for a seasoned, independent motivated and experienced Assistant Country Director - Program to join our team in the Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Requirements:

Seven years successful experience in a similar position.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage under stressful conditions.

Good interpersonal skills.

Fluent in French, both speaking and writing.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, solid programming, financial and organizational development skills; strong coaching skills and excellent analytical and financial planning skills.
