Assistant Accountant - Kenya Institute of Management (KIM)
The Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions of Assistant Accountant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of the fixed assets register by ensuring the same is promptly updated, reconciled and accurate.
Handle all insurance matters relating to the above and ensure all assets are fully insured.
Management of accounts receivables by ensuring the individual accounts are reconciled and accurately maintained.
Handle invoicing.
Issue monthly statements to all debtors.
Follow up on all outstanding debts and advise management on necessary provisions for debts that proof difficult to collect.
Undertake any other duties as directed from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Commerce or any other management related field from a recognized university.
Full CPA qualification.
At least 3 years of working experience in a busy finance office.
Proficiency in ICT.
Maximum age of 30 Years.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills.
