Apoptotic Signaling PhD student position - RCSI Research Institute

University Scholarships » International Scholarships » Education Scholarships

Methods used in this project span a wide spectrum from cellular biology to biophysics: cell culture techniques and biochemistry (transfection, quantitative western blotting, enzyme activity assays etc), flow cytometry, high end confocal and epifluorescence live cell microscopy, and computational digital image analysis.

This project will permit the student to become internationally competitive in his/her field of research, to directly work in close collaborations in an interdisciplinary and international team of scientists (biochemists, cell biologists, molecular biologists, biophysicists, systems biologists), and to gather a broad spectrum of skills in a friendly environment.
