Aon Kenya is the leading Insurance intermediary firm offering Insurance and Reinsurance Broking, Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting, Actuarial Services and Risk Management Services.

They are searching for experienced:

1.Case managers-Ref:CM/HC/11: Ensure clients are communicated to, consult and monitor healthcare facilities to decide which services to provide, manage the cost of care for client patient, ensure safe custody of client medical records and review process for effective care management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in health related disciplines, or diploma in nursing and a degree in business administration and at least 5 years hands on experience in healthcare management

    2. Case officer-Ref:CO/HC/11:To ensure scheme members receive appropriate and reasonable healthcare by assessing, planning,evaluating options required to meet clients healthcare requirements.

    Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in nursing from a recognized institution with over five years hand on experience in both clinical and administrative duties gained in a busy healthcare facility.

    3.Nurse Aides-Ref:NA/HC/11:To offer healthcare administrative duties to include direct telephone enquiries and medical records.

    Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in healthcare related field from a recognized institution coupled with two years hand on experience in administrative duties gained in a busy healthcare facility.

    4.Procurement Officer-Ref:PO/MBD/11: Among other duties, you will liaise with operating division to organize for tender procurement, monitor and evaluate the business procurement process and measure its performance against set objectives and advise respective divisional management on public sector procurement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.

    job requirement:

  • a degree in business a business discipline and a diploma in purchasing from a reputable institution, excellent in MS office with not less than 7 years hand on experience gained in a busy public sector.
