Demand Dignity Campaigner
Qualification Requirements:
Experience of capacity building and training on Campaign issues.
Ability to lead a project team to develop and deliver specific campaign plan.
Excellent communications skills in English, both written and verbal; Experience of writing motivating and inspiring campaign materials for a diverse range of target audiences and of communicating campaign messages and organisational positions effectively; working knowledge of Kiswahili or French could be advantageous.
The ability to adapt to fast-changing political situations in an international environment and experience of employing political judgment and of assessing the most effective means of communication to achieve a goal within given constraints.
Substantial experience of Human Rights issues around Slums, developing campaign strategies and campaign objectives; excellent understanding of strategic campaign methodologies, power analysis methodologies and other campaign development tools.
