Location: Mbeya, Tanzania.

Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) Tanzania is a non‐profit organization that uses science, education, innovation, training and strong partnerships to help Tanzania sustain its unparalleled wildlife heritage.

They are presently recruiting a qualified candidate to fill the position of Geographic Information Systems Analyst for the GIS & RS Project.

Qualifications:

A recent undergraduate with a good degree in geography, surveying, wildlife conservation, computer science or a similarly relevant subject.

Spatial analysis, digitizing, data management, maintenance of software licenses, IT support and report writing.

Some field work and travel within Tanzania is expected

Experience of GIS is desirable.
