The North-South-Dialogue Scholarship Programme offers scholarships for selected master programmes. Scholarships are also offered for research work in Austria leading towards a PhD in the home country.
Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) provides scholarships for 8-months Diploma Course for higher qualification offering specialization in hospitality management & tourism management. Scholarships cover tuition fee, insurance, food, pocket money, accommodation and travel expenses. Requirements include: high school certificate or equivalent.

Grant covers tuition, accommodation and travel costs for students from developing countries. Priority regions and partner countries of the Austrian Development Cooperation in the following regions: West Africa/Sahel, East Africa/The Great Lakes, and Southern Africa are eligible.
Ghent University provides postgraduate scholarships to candidates from developing countries who wish to obtain a master’s degree. They are awarded for the duration of the studies with a maximum of 2 years. The scholarship consists of an allowance of € 850 per month plus the yearly tuition fee.
The Nigerian Women Association of Georgia, Inc. U.S.A calls for applications for scholarship awards to female students in Nigerian universities in the amount of Forty Thousand Naira (N40, 000) - one winner from each state. An applicant must be a Nigerian female student, in a Nigerian University.
Business school candidates worldwide are invited to enter the Beat the GMAT 2008 competition that awards scholarship packages, valued at almost $9,000, to applicants who demonstrate need.
The RSM Erasmus University MBA Citizenship Scholarship is open to high potential candidates from outside the Netherlands. A number of scholarships are available, each with a value of €10,000.
University of Sydney Undergraduate Scholarships for School Leavers applying for admission through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) are awarded annually in January on a combination of school examination results, UAI and other achievements, (leadership, creativity, self-motivation, communication skills etc).

King’s College is offering studentships for the MA in Science and Security and the MA in Non-Proliferation and International Security. Successful candidates will receive a bursary of £8,500. Preference will be given to candidates with first degrees in the sciences or engineering.

Fellowships for Mental Health Journalism is open to International applicants especially from developing countries. Also included is a stipend of up to US$10,000 and additionally cover all travel, research, and related expenses.
Erasmus Mundus International Master in Digital Library Learning Scholarships are open to students from developing countries. The scholarship amounts to €21,000 per academic year for each student.
The Dag Hammarskjold Scholarship Fund for Journalists is now accepting applications from professional journalists from developing countries for its Journalism Fellowships Program. The Fellowships are available to radio, television, print and web journalists, age 25 to 35, from developing countries.
The MSc Scholarship in Science & Technology objective is to assist IDB Least Developed Member Countries (LDMCs) in the development of their human resources especially in science and technology that are both relevant and necessary for their development.
The €4000 Africa Thesis Award aims to encourage student research and writing on Africa and to promote the study of African cultures and societies. It is presented annually to a student whose Masters thesis has been completed on the basis of research conducted on Africa.

One Macquarie University Research Excellence Scholarship (MQRES) PhD Scholarship in Genomics is available in the Department of Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences, Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. MQRES scholarships pay a stipend, currently $A20,007 per annum, tax exempt.
The PhD Scholarship in Molecular Ecology of Cryptosporidium in Rural and Urban NSW is available to Australian and international students. Tuition fees will be funded for the scholarship tenure, with domestic students receiving Research Training Scheme (RTS) placement for their tuition, and International award holders having their fees sponsored.
A Macquarie University Research Excellence Scholarship (MQRES) for PhD research in clinical proteomics is available in the Department of Chemistry and Biomolecular Sciences (CBMS) at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. The MQRES stipend is currently $20,007 p.a. tax exempt.
Fee waiver scholarship is available to work on 4 Months, CDU/NTG-funded, cross-disciplinary project on the design of high performance automatic diagnostic tools from a human factors perspective at Charles Darwin University. Take in consideration that the visa process will take around two months. Preferred start date 1st June, 2008 and finishing date 1st October 2008.
Partial fee waiver scholarships available at University of Manchester to international students to undertake a development related masters in postgraduate taught programmes within the Institute for Development Policy & Management, University of Manchester.
