1. Echoing Green Fellowship Program Echoing Green offers fellowships to individuals and to partnerships of no more than two individuals. This fellowship program does not limit applicants to specific program areas or geographic territories.
2. Tourism and Hospitality Scholarships - Australia Scholarships are offered to international students who wish to study tourism and hospitality in Australia at THE-ICE member institutions. 3. Sustainable Tropical Forestry Scholarships The European Union provides Sustainable Tropical Forestry Erasmus Mundus Masters Course Scholarships to students from outside the European Union. It provides students with access to tropical forestry teaching in Europe.
The Rothamsted International African Fellows Programme aims to provide problem-focused training in Europe for African scientists. Fellowships will normally be for periods of 6 months although they can vary from 4 to 12 months depending on the nature of the project.
5. The Annie L. Jeter (ALJ) Scholarship The Annie L. Jeter (ALJ) scholarship is designed to support the educational pursuits of motivated and talented students from African countries who cannot afford the cost of their education. Eligible applicants for these scholarships are students who are citizens of an African country.
6. Tumaini Scholarship for Vocational Training The Tumaini scholarship is designed to fight poverty by training young people for vocational careers. Participation in the program develops and enhances skills that will be useful for each scholar’s family as well as their community and country.
7. African Guest Researcher Scholarship Programme This scholarship programme is directed at scholars in Africa, engaged in research on the African continent. Female researchers are especially encouraged to apply for these scholarships.
8. Southern African Journalists Bursary For the eighth time the International Journalists‘ Programmes (IJP) offer a bursary to up to six young Southern African Scholars. For two months the Southern African delegates will have the chance to work in Germany.
9. MSc Fellowships at UNESCO - IHE Delft These fellowships will cover the 18-month Master of Science (MSc) programmes. The UNESCO-IHE Master of Science programme consists of 106 credit points in total.
10. Birmingham Law School LLM Scholarships The Birmingham Law School will be offering a number of scholarships to applicants for its taught LLM programmes. Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need.
11. Amsterdam Undergraduate and Postgraduate Merit Scholarships Applications are invited for the Amsterdam Undergraduate and Postgraduate Merit Scholarships. The Amsterdam Merit Scholarships will be awarded for a maximum period of 3 years.
12. Occupational Health and Safety Scholarships The Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) is calling for entries for the 2007-08 Dick Martin Scholarship Award. To apply for the award, post secondary students are invited to submit a 1000-1200 word essay on a topic related to their area of study in occupational health and safety.
13. Dairy Industry Scholarships Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is pleased to announce a new scholarship program for college students. High school seniors planning to enroll, as well as post-graduates, also are eligible to apply.
14. LLM scholarships at Kings College London The School of Law awards LLM scholarships to overseas students. The scholarships are for the full tuition fee.
15. Olive Stone Law School Scholarships A scholarship fund has been established under the terms of a bequest to the School by Dr Olive Stone, a former member of the Law Department. Priority is given to female students who are 25 years and over.
16. Exeter Sports Scholarships Sports Scholarships are available for students of outstanding sporting ability who show evidence of achievement or potential at national level. Scholarships are awarded on a yearly basis and can be renewable for up to a further two years.
17. Graduate Scholarships in Reproductive Health Law The Scholarships cover tuition and incidental fees, provide a stipend of $15,000 and books. After completion of their Fellowship, a Fellow must return to their home country and reside there for a minimum of two years.
18. Graduate Scholarships in Womens Rights The Graduate Scholarships in Women's Rights, in varying amounts are open to law graduates from Africa. After completion of their Fellowship, a Fellow must return to their home country and reside there for a minimum of two years.
19. Graduate Fellowships in Innovation Law and Policy The Graduate Fellowships in Innovation Law and Policy were established through an endowment fund by the Ontario Research and Development Challenge Fund. The Centre for Innovation Law and Policy sponsors a minimum of five Graduate Fellowships each year of up to $25,000 each.
20. Giulia Mereu LLM Scholarship The Giulia Mereu Scholarship is awarded annually to a student in the LLM in International Human Rights Law at the University of Essex. This scholarship covers tuition fees for the academic year as well as a modest allowance to enable the recipient to undertake a one-month internship with a human rights organisation.
21. Human Rights Summer Institute The Human Rights Summer Institute (HRSI) is an intensive scholarship program for international high school students in New York City. Each participant will be provided with full program materials, transportation, daily lunch, and a $500 stipend.
22. Acumen Fund Fellows Program Each year, the Acumen Fund Fellows Program provides extraordinary young professionals with a unique opportunity to use their skills to effect real social change with the Acumen's portfolio organizations in Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, and to build lasting relationships with other like-minded individuals. Fellows spend one year working with the Acumen's team and with local entrepreneurs, gaining intensive experience in price performance, logistics, distribution systems, scaling and innovative technology.
