Financial Aid and Practical Training for MS in Computer Science You can now gain professional IT experience in the USA and earn a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from a university in the U.S. All students receive financial aid for their tuition, fees, campus housing, and meals. 2. Erasmus Mundus Scholarships for European Master in Industrial Management This scholarship consist of 21,000 Euro per academic year. Eligible applicants are graduate students not belonging to one of the 25 Member States of the European Union or one of the EFTA/EAA countries. 3. Masters in Strategic Project Management Scholarships A number of Masters in Strategic Project Management Scholarships are granted by the Swedish Government and the Erasmus Mundus Consortium. All enrolled students will be granted a scholarship by the Swedish government (€ 6,000) in addition to any Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
4. Sustainable Tropical Forestry Erasmus Mundus Masters Course Scholarships The European Union provides Sustainable Tropical Forestry Erasmus Mundus Masters Course Scholarships to students from outside the European Union. The programme is offered by a five university consortium from Denmark , France , Germany , Italy and Wales .
5. Joint European Master in Comparative Local Development Scholarships A number of Joint European Master in Comparative Local Development Scholarships are offered to students from countries outside the European Union. The suitable candidate must be of the age of 40 max.
6. European Masters Program in Language and Communication Technologies The Erasmus Mundus European Masters Program in Language and Communication Technologies (LCT) is designed to meet the demands of industry and research in a rapidly growing area. Applicants must have a Bachelor degree or equivalent in the area of (Computational) Linguistics, Language Technology, Cognitive Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or other relevant disciplines, subject to the consent of and the approval by the consortium's admission committee.
7. MSc Studentship opportunity, University of Western Ontario - Canada A position is available for a motivated MSc student in the Sinclair lab at the University of Western Ontario to work on a project on functional genomics of springtails (Collembola). The successful applicant will be expected to travel to Cambridge, UK to conduct the microarray work.
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for travel grants to attend research conferences in their fields. This program provides a valuable opportunity for women to advance their research activities and their visibility in the research community.
9. Building Sustainable Futures Grants - University of Leuven, Belgium The 22nd conference ‘Building Sustainable Futures - Enacting Peace and Development’ will be held in Leuven 15-19 July , 2008. Only a person who is both resident in and a citizen of a developing/low-income country is eligible for this conference grant.
10. Guaranteed Scholarships in Finance The University of Melbourne, Australia invites applications for Guaranteed Scholarships in Finance. For international students, the Department of Finance also guarantees the payment of their University of Melbourne PhD tuition fees (A$23,520 per year in 2006).
11. Weston Jesuit School of Theology Defreitas Scholarship Weston Jesuit strives to offer financial aid in the form of tuition scholarships to several international students every year. Weston Jesuit offers full and partial-tuition scholarships.
12. Scholarships for the Blind Each year at its national convention in July, the NFB gives a broad array of 30 scholarships to recognize achievement by blind scholars. All applicants for these scholarships must be legally blind.
13. Selby Travelling Fellowship Selby Travelling Fellowship is awarded to distinguished overseas scientists to visit Australia for public lecture/seminar tours and to visit scientific centres in Australia. Up to $A10,000 is available to cover economy airfares and assistance towards living expenses.
14. Full PhD Scholarships in Various Subjects, The University of Teesside - UK The University of Teesside is offering 12 full-time Research Doctoral Scholarships across a broad range of subject areas including: computing, social science, health sciences, engineering and history.
