1. Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program
The Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Programme is for study of Master's degree only. The suitable candidate must be between the ages of 25 and 45. The scholarship is Valued at $ 30, 000 per annum.
2. European Master Programme in Environmental Studies Scholarships
The European union is currently providing Joint European Master Programme in Environmental Studies Scholarships. JEMES provides students with a broad and excellent scientific background in the field and important skills such as teamwork, management of complex environmental processes, analytical competency, and high intercultural awareness.
3. Global Journalism Scholarships, Sweden
There are a limited number of full Global Journalism Scholarships on offer from the Swedish Development Agency and the Swedish Institute for needy and deserving students. The scholarship will cover travel, accommodation, insurance and other living expenses during the time spent in Sweden.
4. Research and Conservation Grants
Anyone may apply, including undergraduate, graduate, or post-doctoral students; researchers; educational institutions; conservation organizations; and government agencies. Applications for projects in developing countries with threatened bear species or populations are strongly encouraged.
5. Junior Professionals Program
The Junior Professionals (JP) Program is a two-year employment opportunity with the World Bank, for highly qualified people of Sub-Saharan African descent. It is required that the applicant be of 35 years of age or younger.
6. International Masters Programme in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science
The Swedish Institute (SI) grants a number of LUMES - International Masters Programme in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science scholarships as part of the Master Programme for Key Personnel in Developing Countries programme. Candidates from all countries in the world are eligible for these scholarships.
7. Moabi Stipendium for African Scientists
Applications are invited for Moabi stipend (of the range of 1000 - 2000 euros). Undergraduate, Master's and PhD students can apply. The person must be an African junior scientist.
8. Electric Power Engineering Scholarships - Chalmers University of Technology
The Swedish Institute offers Electric Power Engineering Scholarships to foreign students of ANY nationality. Previous University studies in Electrical Engineering are required.
9. e8 Sustainable Energy Development Scholarships
The e8 Sustainable Energy Development Scholarships are made available to outstanding students from developing countries and economies in transition, for a period of up to two years at the Masters and Post-Doctoral levels. Scholarships of US$ 23,000 per year for up to two years are offered for Masters level students.
10. Amity Exchange Teacher Program
The Amity Exchange Teacher program arranges for certified professional teachers to serve as temporary paid faculty at primary and secondary levels in USA. The Amity Exchange international teachers currently educate American students in a variety of fields including foreign languages, bilingual education, math, science and special education.
11. Amity Intern Teacher Program - USA
The Intern Teacher Program provides volunteer teaching assistants to serve as models of language and culture in US schools at all levels, from preschool through university. In order to qualify as an Amity Intern Teacher all applicants must be between the ages of 20 and 30 and single with no children.
12. International CIMO Fellowships for Young Researchers
The CIMO Fellowships programme is open to young researchers (after Master-level but not post-doctorate) from all countries and from all academic fields. 13. Micron Scholarship Program for Undergraduate - Singapore
These awards are tenable at the National University of Singapore or Nanyang Technological University. Applicants should have an excellent academic track record.
14. The University of Newcastle International Postgraduate Research Scholarships
These scholarships will be awarded to high calibre international applicants based on merit. The scholarship covers tuition fees and a living allowance will also be provided by the Faculty in which the scholarship recipient is enrolled.
15. The United Nations University Fellowship
United Nations University (UNU) share a strong commitment to capacity development, especially aiming to enhance the capacity of individuals and institutions in developing countries. The UNU fellowship covers full tuition, but Fellows need to fund their living expenses in Geneva throughout the academic part of the programme.
16. Fine arts and music school scholarships for Foreign Students
These scholarships are intended for students who have graduated from university (postgraduates) and who, by staying in Switzerland, will be able to further their education and to undertake research work in the fields in which the Swiss universities are particularly active. Students must have graduated from a university or university of applied sciences with at least a Bachelor Degree and enrol in Switzerland for studies at post-graduate level.

Windle Trust International provides access to education and training for those affected by conflict in Africa. Talented young Africans are equiped to meet the challenges of development in their own countries.
18. The Kodak Fellowship in Film Preservation
The Kodak Fellowship in Film Preservation is designed to provide students with financial assistance for their formal education, practical experience through an intensive internship, and an introduction to the film archive community through participation in the AMIA conference. 2. The applicant must have a grade point average of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) in his/her most recently completed academic program.
19. AMIA Scholarship Program
AMIA Scholarship Program is designed specifically for students wishing to pursue careers in moving image archiving. To be eligible for these awards, a student must be enrolled FULL TIME in a graduate-level or other advanced program in moving image studies or production, library or information services, archival administration, museum studies or a related discipline; or must be accepted into such a program for the next academic year.

21. Graduate Teaching Assistant, University of Leicester, UK
Applications are invited for a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This is a fixed-term appointment for four years; this period is designed to allow sufficient time for a student to complete the research for a PhD whilst taking into account the teaching duties.

24. Lee Kuan Yew Fellowship - The National University of Singapore
The National University of Singapore offers the Lee Kuan Yew Fellowship/School of Public Policy Graduate Fellowship to recognise outstanding MPM candidates who have clearly demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities and are committed to public service. This Fellowship fully finances the candidate’s education in the Master in Public Management programme.
25. The University of Queensland Brisbane International Scholarships, Australia
A number of scholarship opportunities available for outstanding international students intending to study in an EPSA undergraduate or coursework masters program. Students shall diligently and to the best of their ability apply themselves to the successful completion of their degree.
26. Why Games Matter - A Prescription for Improving Health and Health Care
A new competition seeks novel ways in which video and computer games can be used to help people manage their health and improve how their care is provided. All finalists will win the opportunity to attend the "Why Games Matter" Change Summit at the 2008 Games for Health conference, the premier event for game developers, researchers, funders, and other leaders in this growing field.
27. Association of Commonwealth Universities Titular Fellowships
Titular Fellowships enable the universities of the Commonwealth to develop the human resources of their institutions and countries through the interchange of people, knowledge, skills and technologies. Fellowships are NOT intended for degree courses, or for immediately postdoctoral programmes; they cannot be held in the country in which the applicant currently works and they cannot be held concurrently with other awards.
28. Graphic Design Contest
Youth Service America will recognize a graphic designer, between the ages of 10 and 25, with an award of $2,000 to design the covers and booklet template for the Global Youth Service Day 2008 planning tools. The application deadline is Friday August 10, 2007 at 5:00 pm EST.
29. The Disney Minnie Grants 2007
The Walt Disney Company and Youth Service America are pleased to announce grants of up to $500 to support youth-led service projects. Applications are welcome from all countries, though applications will only be accepted in English.
30. 2007 Google Australia Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship
Applications are invited for the 2007 Google Australia Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship. Candidates must be a female student who studied one or more years of a B.Sc/B.Eng, or enrolled in an M.Sc/M.Eng or PhD program (or equivalent) in 2007/2008.
31. International Fee Scholarships, The University of Queensland, Australia
The scholarships are awarded to assist outstanding students studying programs in the Social and Behavioural Sciences at The University of Queensland. To be eligible for a fee scholarship, you must be an international student and eligible for an Australian government student visa.
32. Spencer Foundation Dissertation Fellowships
The Spencer Foundation Dissertation Fellowships Program seeks to encourage a new generation of scholars from a wide range of disciplines and professional fields to undertake research relevant to the improvement of education. Applicants need not be citizens of the United States; however, they must be candidates for the doctoral degree at a graduate school within the United States.
33. PhD Scholarships in Human Computer Interaction, Research Institute of Hasselt University, Belgium

34. International Scholarship for Postgraduate Student, University of Sydney, Australia

The USydIS will cover tuition fees and living allowance for up to three years with a possibility of one semester’s extension for PhD students.
