1. Echoing Green Fellowship Program The Echoing Green Fellowship Program offers fellowships to individuals and to partnerships of no more than two individuals. Individual Fellowships get $30,000 per year for two years and Partnership Fellowships get $45,000 per year (per project, not per individual) for two years. Grants are irrespective of citizenship and can be used for projects in Africa.
2. Undergraduate Scholarships in Architecture and Engineering, Politecnico di Torino The SiTI project offers international students the possibility to receive a scholarship and other benefits to graduate from the Politecnico di Torino attending a Bachelor of Science course in Architecture or Engineering. Having not Italian citizenship or being an Italian citizen who has obtained a secondary school diploma abroad is one of the requirements.
3. Urban Forestry and Urban Greening Scholarships - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences AMOLF invites applications for PhD position in Dynamics of water interacting with proteins. A salary of up to 2,405 euro per month will be awarded. 4. Coastal Zone Management Master's Scholarships - Gotland University, Sweden The Swedish Institute will award Design for Coastal Zone Management Master's Scholarships. The number of available scholarships varies from year to year, and competition is keen.
5. Carnegie Mellon University - AusAID Scholarships Applications are invited for Carnegie Mellon University-AusAID Scholarships. Benefits include full tuition, return economy airfares, a contribution to living expenses, and basic medical insurance.
6. The Borlaug Leadership Enhancement in Agriculture Program (LEAP) Funded by the USAID, LEAP will enhance the quality of thesis research of graduate students from developing countries who show strong promise as leaders in the field of agriculture and related disciplines as defined by Title XII. An eligible candidate for a Borlaug LEAP grant must be a citizen of a USAID-assisted country.
7. Rad University International Prize Competition This competition is open to all communications, computer science and engineering students currently registered at an accredited university or college anywhere in the world. Gift certificates for winners and runners-up will be awarded in each of the topics, as well as the best-animated tutorial, the best interactive tutorial, and the best HTML tutorial.
8. Undergraduate Scholarships in Textile Engineering, Politecnico di Torino International students have a possibility to receive a scholarship and other benefits to graduate from the Politecnico di Torino attending this course at the Biella campus. Students who graduate in Textile Engineering will have the possibility to be admitted without any additional credit charge to the Master of Science course in Chemical Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino (2 years, held in Italian) or to the E-TEAM European Master.
9. Developing and Advancing Excellence in Researchers - Thuthuka, South Africa The Thuthuka Programme is aimed at the development and support of people, infrastructure, facilities and systems. Applications for funding of projects within the different sub-programmes open on 4 April 2007.
10. Merit Scholarship Programme for High Technology (MSP) The IDB Merit Scholarship Programme for High Technology (MSP) aims at developing technically qualified human resources in the IDB member countries by providing scholarships to promising and outstanding scholars and researchers. The suitable candidate has a record of publications/research in the same field.
11. Liberty Seminar Scholarships Germany Applications are invited for Liberty Seminar Scholarships Germany. The scholarship programme covers all expenses except travel ones.
12. Liberty Seminar Hunedoara, Deva, Romania The Liberty Seminar is open to Junior, Senior, or Graduate students and recent Graduates. Accepted applicants are awarded scholarships, covering the cost of the program, room and board on a college campus, and materials and books.
13. Liberty Seminar Leuven, Belgium Applications are invited for Liberty Seminar Leuven, in Belgium. Participants get to learn from each other and are in contact with different cultures, education and ways of life. All expenses are covered except travel ones.
14. Abbott & Fenner Awards Scholarship The winner(s) of the Abbott & Fenner Awards Scholarship will receive their award within 2 weeks of the listed deadline. The winner will be awarded $1,000.
15. Master and PhD Scholarship for Foreign Students, Slovak Applications are invited for Master and PhD Scholarship for Foreign Students, established to support mobility of students, PhD. students, university teachers and researchers. University students receive 7 000 SKK while PhD. students receive 14 000 SKK.
Al-Maktoum Foundation offers an open scholarships competition for postgraduate students to study at Al-Maktoum. Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis to outstanding candidates on the basis of academic distinction.
17. PhD on Experimental host-parasite coevolution University of Tuebingen invites applications for PhD on Experimental host-parasite coevolution. Candidates have high motivation, excellent background in evolutionary ecology. Women are especially encouraged to apply.

19. PhD Studentships in Empirical Economics, University of Granada The University of Granada invites applications for a new doctoral program on Empirical Economics, beginning in September 2007. The program is intended to educate social scientists to undertake top research in Economics and Management.
20. EPSRC PhD Studentship - Emerging Sustainability, University College London Applications are invited from exceptional individuals to undertake a PhD in the topic of sustainability and emergence. The award will include EU/UK fees and standard EPSRC stipend for a three year full-time PhD.
21. The NATS PhD Studentship in Air Traffic Management Applications are invited for a PhD studentship in Air Traffic Management (ATM). The studentship comprises a bursary for three years and payment of College fees at the home/EU rate.
22. MPhil/PhD Studentships at King’s College London The King’s College London will be offering a total of 25 Graduate School research studentships in the 2007-8 academic year. Annual stipend £14600 approx. for 2007/08 for up to three years will be awarded.
23. PhD and Postdoctoral Grants at Medical Imaging Lab - NTNU Medical Imaging Laboratory for Innovative Future Healthcare (MI Lab) is applying for outstanding and creative students for PhD and postdoctoral grants. The duration of the grants are 3 years for PhD and 2 years for post docs.
24. Postdoctoral Position in Molecular Biology and Mouse Genetics, USA This is a full-time post-doctoral position funded for two years with a possibility of being extended to four years.
