Oxford Leadership Courses - UK The Oxford Leadership Courses are designed for bright, ambitious, internationally-minded students who wish to expand their horizons, develop their leadership potential and make a difference in a rapidly changing world. 40 scholarships are available for the two week prigramme. 2. International Summer School Programs at Universität Dortmund Universität Dortmund invites students from abroad to the annual Summer Program. The Universität Dortmund supports a very restricted number of students from developing countries with scholarships. The amount of the scholarship depends on the applicant’s personal situation. 3. Full-Fee Masters Scholarships (all subjects, UK) This scheme for 2007 entry offers up to 18 full-fee one-year scholarships for taught Masters programmes across all subjects in the arts, sciences, humanities and social sciences at University of Exeter , UK. Gates Cambridge Scholarship - Cambridge University The Gates Cambridge Scholarship programme enables outstanding graduate students from outside the United Kingdom to study at the University of Cambridge. 5. Master's in Energy and Environmental Management and Economics Scholarships - Italy The Eni Corporate University announces a competition for an academic course that leads to a Master's Degree in Energy and Environmental Management and Economics - MEDEA. For successful candidates, the admission to and the enrolment in the School carry no fees. Click here for details.
6. The Brunel International Ambassador Scholarships, UK Brunel International will offer 20 half fee scholarships for one-year Master’s students starting in September 2007. In exchange for the financial support towards their fees the successful scholarship students will be asked to become ambassadors for the University. Click here for details.

LLM in Human Rights Law at the Transitional Justice Institute School of Law at the University of Ulster (Northern Ireland) The Transitional Justice Institute in conjunction with the School of Law at the University of Ulster ( Northern Ireland ) is now accepting applications for enrolment in its LLM in Human Rights Law. Helsinki University of Technology - Network for Urban Studies Helsinki, Finland Helsinki Summer School provides a limited number of full and partial scholarships for talented students, awarded primarily to applicants from countries where local scholarship funds are limited. MBA Corporate Social Responsibility Scholarships and Bursaries - University of Nottingham, UK The International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility, University of Nottingham , is offering five £2,000 Tuition Fee Bursaries and three bursaries of up to £6,000 each. 10. PhD Positions in Various Fields at University of Rome “Tor Vergata” - Italy There are many scholarships available to foreign students. Tor Vergata prides itself on giving special attention to international students by offering them introductory Italian language courses, the assistance needed to deal with visas and permits, and possible accommodation at the Graduate College .
