University degree; office management or secretarial studies or business management or accounting preferred
At least three years experience in an independent administrative position with advanced bookkeeping responsibilities
Experience with projects supported by international organizations
Long-term working resident experience in Southern Sudan required
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic mail along with data entry experience)
Demonstrated translation/interpretation skills and relevant experience.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Experience with organizing workshops and training courses, preparing and monitoring budgets in an international organization preferred
Experience with Southern Sudan public health sector and familiarity with USAID preferred.
