Administrative Assistant - Southern Sudan

Qualifications
  • University degree; office management or secretarial studies or business management or accounting preferred
  • At least three years experience in an independent administrative position with advanced bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Experience with projects supported by international organizations
  • Long-term working resident experience in Southern Sudan required
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic mail along with data entry experience)
  • Demonstrated translation/interpretation skills and relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with organizing workshops and training courses, preparing and monitoring budgets in an international organization preferred
  • Experience with Southern Sudan public health sector and familiarity with USAID preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English required
  • Ability to work in a team
