Qualifications
At least five years experience as an accountant, audit and/or financial manager of an institution
Strong computer skills; word processing, spreadsheet and accounting software
Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial management ratios
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required,
Experience in microfinance desirable
Ability to work well with a team
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
