AID Village Clinics Limited (AID Village Clinics) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AID Village Clinics, Inc., a U.S. public charity, and operates a regional health care complex in Mbirikani, Kenya approximately 200 km southeast of Nairobi.
Responsible for oversight of all inpatient and outpatient clinical diagnosis and care.
Responsible for assuming a teaching role in daily rounds on each individual hospitalized patient.
Responsible for compiling and delivering a weekly summary of mortality and morbidity to the Chicago office to be reviewed by the Board of Directors and consultant physicians.
This will be a full-time position and will be on one year contract terms.
Minimum qualifications required
Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MB ChB) and MMed (Internal Medicine) degrees from a recognized University.
A certificate of specialist recognition.
Registered with Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board with a valid practice license.
At least 5 years experience in a supervisory and/or teaching role.
